This video was produced out of respect for one of the most motivational men I have ever met, Charles Hedbring.
Charlie, at age 53, was roller blade racing in Perth Australia... Missed a turn and broke his neck (c5-c6) and almost died. He went from quadriplegic to paraplegic to walking. This man loves life and shows it. When we would give up on simpler things... Think of Charlie!
Coogee was given to Charlie during rehab. The needs of the dog became foremost in Charlies world. He dedicated his life to the dog and found the motivation to move on!
Today at age 63, Charlie and Coogee have a morning routine of "The Run."
